| 1 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 2 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 ( one cement : four coarse sand: Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre ) nominal size all work up to plinth level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :three Sand :six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in drain and channel etc. open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 4 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 8 | Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-II size range 53 mm to 0.075mm (fifty three millimetre to Zero point zero seven five millimetre) complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 9 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) ( fifty three millimetres to zero point zero seven five millimetres ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne ( eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.as pr direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts nd other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 10 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram per squaremeter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (five hundred two ).Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. | 11 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225( zero point two two five) kilogram per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications clause 503 as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 12 | Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm(thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6kg( fourteen point six kilogram)per ten square metre bitumen VG-10(viscosity grade ten) in suitable plant and laying by paver finisher to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508, by mechanical means and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
