Bidder should enter Name in the space provided in the BoQ1 sheet and quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box in \\"Selection Options \\"and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. In case party is intending to quote “Not Quoted”, party must select “Not Quoted” from dropdown in the space provided.2. Bidder to quote in sheet \\"BoQ1\\" only. Enter Bidder's Name in BoQ1 Only.3. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. 4. Each bidder can quote for any or a maximum of two Divisional Offices (DOs) by quoting a fixed percentage on the rates provided in the official rate schedule. If a bidder does not wish to quote for a particular DO, they must select “Not Quoted” in the price bid sheet for that DO and ensure that the Yes/No option in the portal under ITE during bid submission matches the DOs quoted in the BOQ. Any mismatch between the BOQ and the Yes/No selection in the portal may result in disqualification for that DO.5. In case a bidder quotes for 2 Divisional Offices with respective amount of turnover and on evaluation, the turnover is found to meet the requirement for 1 Divisional Offices only, the bidder will be considered for 1 (one) DO only, in order of the preference given by the bidder. To facilitate the same, bidders shall indicate their choice of Divisional Office in the Preference Sheet as per annexure given in the tender document.6. In case bidder quote for more than 2 Divisional Offices with respective amount of turnover and on evaluation, the turnover is found to meet the requirement for more than 2 Divisional Offices, the bidder will be considered for 1st two DO only, in order of the preference given by the bidder. To facilitate the same, bidders shall indicate their choice of Divisional Office in the Preference Sheet as per annexure given in the tender document.7. All The calculation will be calculated in BoQ1 sheet automaticaly. The figure '100' given under \\"Estimated Amount\\" is notional and not actual estimate.8.
