M&L of design, fabrication, supply and installation of Pre- Engineered Building(6.0x4.5x5.0)m structure near PIM dock complete with primary and secondary framing roofing, cladding, fasterners, anchor bolts, trims, laying on suitable foundation as per ground strata and all necessary accessories as per approved drawings, relevent 1S codes, all as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Scope of work include the following: i) Footing should be based on soil investigation report.(i) Super structure consist full brick masnory upto 1.2m height above FFL & galvalume sheeting from 1.2 m till roof height with inbuilt RCC shelve above 0.75 and 0.6 m above FFL all around.(iii) Roof made of steel truss with galvalume sheet covering with suitable projection all around.(iv) Finishes includes enamel paint ovear steel surfaces, internal OBD over wall surfaces and external weather proof paint all specified and directed.(v) 20mm thick kota stone flooring with screed and sub base as required to resisit load capacity not less than 01 Ton/Sqm .(vi) Main door should be motorised shutter of 2.0m X 3.0m and steel windows/ventilators.(vii) 600mm X 600mm calcurm silicate false ceiling with necessary fixing arrangements.
