Making good disturbed surfaces by means of using sand, cemet, including taking down carefully AC indoor & outdoor unit of any capacity or model by certified technician from 1AFSB premises after disconnecting all electric connection including safely recover refrigerant with proper tools and protective gear, remove indoor unit gently, ensure compressor and fan are disconnected properly and keep to the MES store safely etc complete all as specified and directed. |

| 5 | Supply, install, testing and commissioning of refrigerator, single phase, suitable for continious operation, having storage capacity of 280 ltrs, BEE 5 Star rated, suitable for operation on 240V, 50 Hz AC supply. The refrigerator shall be of heavy-duty construction, suitable for institutional use, provided with hermetrically sealed compressor, energy-efficient cooling system and eco-friendly refrigerant conforming to statutory requirements. The unit shall be provided with adjustable thermostat for tempreture control, adequate thermal insulation, internal shelves, vegitable tray, door gasket, lock arrangement (where required) and internal illumination. The refrigerator, shall be complete with necessary electric wiring, overload protection, earthing arrangment, power cord and plug top complete all as specified and directed. |

The deep freezer shall be of heavy-duty metal top construction, suitable for commercial/ institutional use, provided with hermetrically sealed compressor, energy-efficient cooling system and eco-friendly refrigerant conforming to statutory norms. The unit shall be provided with adjustable thermostat for tempreture control, proper thermal insulation, internal storage basket(s), lock arrangment, and suitable drainage system. The freezer shall be complete with necessary electric wiring, overload protection, earthing arrangment, power cord and plug top complete all as specified and directed. |
