| 1 | Cleaning and desilting of chocked pipe/box drain & culvert by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting (super sucker and jetting machine) machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity with hose pipe and all fittings i/c cost of manpower like skilled operator, supervising engineer, beldar, fuel, lubricants, all kinds of T & P, insurance and safety equipment etc. all complete for cleaning and desilting of drain line i/c removing of drain covers with dismantling of cement concrete if required and re-fixing of drain covers i/c disposal of silt stored in suction tank. Dechocking and flushing of drain line from one chamber to another by high pressure super sucker and jetting system of 2200 PSI for drain of any depth and width.1. Before and after GPS enabled photographs/videos has to be submitted by the agency for each day of work2. Log book shall be maintained for each machine to record working hours and shall be duly signed by DDA staff and contractor after each day of work.3. Minimum two silt storage suction tanks shall be provided during running of super sucker. 4. Proper illumination shall be provided at site to ensure safe and efficient working conditions while cleaning of drain at all time. |
| 2 | Cleaning of kerb channel of main carriageway and of service lance (whereever available) of any width, including removing of all kind of material, malba, rubbish,silt and dust etc. and disposal of the same material for all lead & all lift/depth at Municipal dumping ground/low lying area or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and opening and cleaning of bell mouth, removal of blockage, creating obstruction in smooth flow of water etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Before and after GPS Photographs has to be submitted by agency) (For payment purpose, length of kerb channel will be measured). |
| 3 | Cleaning and Desilting of peripheral and internal covered SW drain of any width and depth, including taking out dry/wet/semi wet sludge,silt,malba and any other material etc. and disposal of the excavated material for all leads and all lift/depth (if required in or under foul condition) at approved Municipal dumping ground/low lying areas or as per direction of Engineer-in-Chage and opening (Dismatling old CC if required) & refixing of drain cover with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 Coarse Sand derived from natural resources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Amount includes costing of T&P required for cleaning and desilting, disposal of materials etc. all complete in all aspect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.1. Photographs of before and after has to be submitted by the agency.2. For payment purpose, measurement of plan area executed will be taken. |
| 4 | Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100 mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Making bell mouth opening/ entrance of size 100x50x50 cm for drainage pipe under footpath, including providing cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for shape of bell mouth, including plastering providing and fixing precast R.C.C./ S.F.R.C. slab including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of 6 mm thickness on exposed surface of the slab & bell mouth including centring, shuttering & neat cement punning inside the bell mouth etc. all complete. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
