Providing services and mtc. of 125 KVA DG Set with AMF Panel. The services shall be done by experienced technician in such type of job. The generator set shall be tested twice in a month and the complaint shall be attended immediately as and when required by the deptt. The job includes the testing, cleaning, checking of DG set, AMF panel, battery leads, temperature gauge, greasing of minor parts etc for proper working of the generator set. The job includes checking of AMF panel, testing checking of interconnections of the panel and cooling system of generating set.

DG set of 125 KVA capacity

Providing & Filling of Engine Oil 20W-40 grade Castrol/ Volvoline for DG Set. The job includes the cost of drainage of the polluted oil before filling the fresh oil from the tank of the DG Set, Cost of Oil and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/E of sealed maintenance free battery 150 AH 12V of Exide make model No. EP-150-12 or its equivalent Panasonic/ Amaron make only complete in all respects with connecting terminals, leads etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The battery should be guaranteed for 2 years.

Providing and fixing of under voltage relay of 24 volt capacity. The job includes dismantling of all the cables form the under voltage relay. The job also includes fixing of new under voltage relay and giving all necessary electrical connections to the relay.

Replacement of the following parts of 125 KVA DG Set. The job includes the cost of minor, major parts and other petty materials to complete the same like O-rings, gaskets, cleaning of filter, cleaning of housing wire by scratching with sand/ oil etc.:-
