Complete Replacement of primary winding (02 coil) with new 99.96%, grade B class insulation, copper conductor as Transformer design -(two coil @ 50*2=100 kg, strip size - 7x1.9 mm). Complete Replacement of secondary winding (03 coil@31*3-93Kg, strip size - 12.6 x 3.2 mm) with new 99.96 %, grade B class insulation, copper conductor as Transformer design, Repairing of Transformer body, Complete testing, painting, drying of silica gel, replacement of cork sheet of bushings, tank cleaning, gasket replacement of body etc. of transformer including transportation cost.Note :(A) Rate is inclusive of Labour Charges, Contactor profit & other cleaning, checking, brazing of connections, heating, painting work.(B) Scrap materials inclusive copper will be retained by repairer.(C) Bidders are requested to thoroughly inspect the job lying at our site before participating in tender.(D) All materials shall be routed through Regional Stores.(E)To and fro transportation shall be by bidder.
