| 1 | Name of work : Repairing and Upkeeping different sub-assemblies of 24/96 Balram Dragline working in Nigahi Project which includes (A) Replacement of Bottom Wear plate of Tub Base (B) Re-tensioning of 04 nos. intermediate suspension rope (C) Repairing of worn-out grip of Shoe pad (LHS & RHS) along with fixing of plates in the bottom and side walls of Shoe pads both LHS & RHS at Nigahi Project. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 15 Nos. (01 No. Highly skilled Supervisor, 06Nos. Skilled and 08 No. semi-skilled). |
| 2 | Replacement of bottom wear plates and repairing of damaged bottom plates of tub base of 24/96 Balram Dragline : Scope of work : 1) Digging of soil to prepare area for repairing of tub base. 2) Cleaning of tube base and different activities to be carried out parellely. 3) Repairing of damaged / worn out wear plate from tub base as required. 4) Grinding of tube base to make smooth surface. 5) Fabrication of wear plate, which is to be welded in tube base by means of grinding, edge prepration etc. 6) welding of wear plate in tub base. |
