Supply and Installation testing commissioning of New Copper Condenser coil size 47\\" x 47\\" Notes (1) Bidder should quote their rates in consideration of entire scope of work, special conditions of contract, etc. as per the tender. (3) The contractor shall bear all the taxes, levies as applicable from time to time e.g. Income tax, corporate tax etc. including GST. (4) Inter se rankings of the bidders will be decided based on the total value quoted in the price bid. (5) If there is more than one bidder quoting same rate then the ranking will be made based upon their highest executed value (to be arranged in descending order) of similar work order along with completion certificate* uploaded by the bidder on date of TBO in GePNIC- CPPP for the tender under consideration. The bidder having highest value of work order including completion certificate* will be ranked higher. Note: Work order with completion certificate*:- Only those works which meets the BEC criterion and were uploaded in GePNIC- CPPP. (6) As per present guidelines, GST is applicable on the tendered services is required to ascertain by bidders themselves, the prevailing rates of GST as on the date of submission of bids/price bids and quote the rate of GST accordingly. ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard (7) The Rates must be quoted F.O.R. ONGC, Sivasagar, Dist.: Sivasagar Assam-785640. (8) If the rate for GST/IGST, are not indicated, then the price will be considered as inclusive of these rates. (9) Any Statutory charges which will not be borne by the bidder must be indicated clearly failing Which ONGC will not be liable for payment of any such charges.
