Providing day to day routine maintenance of 1 no. 0.378 Ton HSD/ LDO fuel Steam Boiler (2 Fortnightly visits and on complaint during General Shift) along with all accessories i/c oil storage tank, oil service tank, water storage tank, chimney i/c minor repair of water lines, steam pipe lines, connected controls and replacement of door lock rope set etc. as required.

Operation of 1 no. 0.378 Ton HSD/ LDO fuel Steam Boiler in one shift complete with providing the following staff on all working days excluding Sundays and Holidays.(i). Boiler Operator having 5 year experience and boiler competency certificate - 01 No. (General Shift)(ii) Khallasi - 01 No. (In General Shift)

Descaling of 1 no. 0.378 Ton HSD/ LDO fuel Steam Boiler including de-rooting & neutralization etc as reqd.

Rubbing & cleaning the water coil tubes of boiler of capacity upto 0.378 Ton Boiler, cleaning of feed check valves, blow down valves & all other scaled accessories etc as required. (Cat No. 313 AOH 981)

Making arrangements for Hydraulic testing upto 378 psig of boiler capacity upto 0.378 Ton Boiler etc as required. (Cat No. 313 HTE 1001)

Overhauling of Oil firing system of 1 no. 0.378 Ton HSD/ LDO fuel Steam Boiler i/c replacement of Hose pipes etc as required.

Providing & replacement of Boiler Gasket Set for Boiler etc as required. (Cat No. 313 GSK 361).

General Maintenance of Water Softening Plant including charging of plant with necessary consumables i.e. salt, resin etc. to ensure softening of water upto 5 PPM complete including testing of soft water with water test kit (Cat No.313 WSTC 920) etc. as reqd. (Twice in a week)

Supplying and Fixing of following items in 0.378 Ton HSD/ LDO fuel Steam Boiler including dismantling and byback of old dismantling materials along with testing and commissioning etc completed as required.
