Dismantling / opening up completely the actuators for carrying out the repair/ renovation work. The work include Disconnecting the connection from the actuator & opening / Cutting of Rusted Nut or Bolts with the help of gas cutter or other equipment’s.

Loading ,unloading transportation taking out the actuator from the filter house by manual Labor and site to workshop and workshop to Site.

Repairing / renovation of the actuators by replacing the spares /parts as above in the actuators after taking out the defected material with complete mounting / fixing of the spares as per site requirement.

Servicing of the complete actuators and re assembling of the actuators after above repairs as per requirement. Finishing of the actuators after requirement.

Painting of Actuator After Scrubbing the Rust From Actuator with Double Coat

Total Safety arrangement like Hand Gloves, Ladder, Mask, Oxygen Gas Cylinder Gum Boot, Helmet etc

Testing and commissioning of the Actuators after completion of the above works as per site requirement no Load.
