| 1 | Erection and fixing in position of Hut type shelter sheds (from availble store materials) of size 20'x40' by way of following specifications / components, including all necessary consumable at sites as per below:- |
| 2 | a) Leveling of ground including removal of slash / slides / snow etc. and making ground even for erection at each site and making of pits for erection of size 2' x 2' x 2' with laying of cement cocnt 1:2:4. |
| 3 | b) Supply/Fixing and errection of Hut type frame structure of M.S. Pipes / hollow tubes including providing and fixing of nuts / bolts and fixing of angle iron frames as required (including necessary repairing) at each site. |
| 4 | c) Supply/Fixing 6mm thick polycarbonate sheets for top and sides with hooks as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete at each site including cost of hooks. |
| 5 | d) Supply/Placing of 12mm thick ply board sheets on angle iron frames at required height from ground level, including placement of thermocoal and turpal and making floors even and smooth at each site. |
| 6 | e) Engagement of (3) No skilled labours with uniform for watch and ward / cleaning of sheds / surroundings round the clock till complection of yatra period at each site. |
| 7 | f) P/F of J or L hooks for sides and anchoring including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete. 4\\" long (48 no's each sheet) i/c engagement of skilled blacksmith along with welding machine, genset and other allied equipments required for the welding purpose and all complete job. |
