Anchoring of Dowel bars (20mm dia.) including drilling with compressor, carriage/line charges of machinery and T&P including cutting of dowel bars and grouting of drilled holes (40mm holes)with 1:2 cement and mortar.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate , retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .Note: Cement in this item is @330kh/cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately.

Extra for providing richer mixer at all floor level.Note: Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable/recoverable separately. Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC.Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @340kg/cum)

Add or deduct for using more or less cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand and followed by and including cleaning with oil free air as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in rough excavation , banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods ,watering rolling each layer with ½ tone roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up , in embankments of roads , flood banks , marginal banks and gude banks etc., lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.6m in all kinds of soil:
