Supply of good quality Garden earth for backfilling in the tree pits/beds free from any debris, laterite stones, boulders and wastes of any kind . All transportation, labour , tools & plant etc complete. soil shall be stored conveniently at different plantation locations and no extra rate shall be given for retransporting the same. Rate shall include cost of retransporting of soil . All material, transportation, tools & plants, labour etc complete.

Supplying and Planting of tree saplings of Ashoka ( Saraca Asoca) of minimum 1.50 m height . Planting will include cost of the saplings, transporting of saplings at the Port designated areas, backfilling the pits with garden earth, as directed and immediately watering of saplings after plantation. All tools & plants etc complete.

Making arrangements for Celebration for the World Environment Day function to be held on 05/06/2026. The scope of work will include the following as detailed. A) Providing and fixing printed flex banner of size 8x4 ft. b) T&P like watering cans (02 Nos) , ghamelas(04) , bucket set for storing water (01), name plaques 09 nos (size 8x4'') with stand made with plywood and name/designation to be indicated by using flex. c) providing packaged drinking water 25 nos of 250 ml. d) A minimum of 03 Nos labours and one supervisor to be posted onsite for carrying the works.e) Any other misc arrangements not included in the above specification such as napkins, handwash etc . The cost of saplings, excavation, garden earth etc shall be paid as per the relevant item of the BOQ.

Maintenance of tree saplings after completion of plantation for a period of one year . Watering to be carried out on alternate days during winter season and and every day during summer season i.e from March (till on set of monsoons, monsoon period will be excluded for maintenance/watering.) . All tools & plants, labour & materials etc complete. Rate shall include cost associated for maintaining /watering of plants, cost of water, tankers, labour, hoses for watering, temporary water tanks etc required for watering, A minimum of 02 staff workers shall be deployed for carrying out watering of the plantation carried out at the different locations.
