| 1 | Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining wall, breast wall and parapets etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiesling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibeted) as per drawing and technical specification true to lines and grades. Dimensions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable excavated materials in specified manners to dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including trimming, dressing of sides and bottom, filling of unevenness blindages, backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side, water pollutions etc., and to protect stability of hill side rock. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases. |

| 3 | Providing and laying concrete for P.C.C. grade M-10 (ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimeters) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated, curing complete and including cost of form work in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 (eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) as per MORD specifications including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges. |
| 4 | Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement two sand :four graded crust hard stone aggregate twenty milimetre nominal size)mechanically mixed and vibrated for compacting concrete required strength and curing complete including cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I inlcuding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Foundations, and plinth in all depths and levels. |
| 5 | Providing and laying 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-50 grade with approved color design and pattern of NTC/PRIME/UNISTONE of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour equipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts. |
| 6 | Construction of penetration macadam 50 (fifty) milimetres thick over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate 40 (forty) milimetres size hand broken @ 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metres) per square metre and 12 mm (twelve milimetres) size stone chips @ 0.018 cum (zero pint zero one eight) per square metre using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 (five zero six) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges. |
| 7 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals. |
| 8 | Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of not less than 5.5% (five point five percent of mix weight or as per design mix with nono technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rollng and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eighty) tonne sommth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MoRTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 9 | Providibg and fixing Steel work including welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra in gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works as required including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
