Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all lead and lifts in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock chiseling/wedging out of rock) where blasting is prohibited saturated soil including bailing/pumping out of water stacking the excavated soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of cent ring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fairfinish 1/c centring, shuttering, strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinthand string courses and the like in all leads and lifts, and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth. and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth CM 1:4 (1cement:4sand)and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.Instringers, treads, landings etc.of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with poly mercoated Jor L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia meter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²
