Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base Grading -I by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
