Hiring of JCB /excavator for removal of snow/slips and boulder in all kinds of soil including rocky potion and saturated and disposing of all excavated earth or un- serviceable materials from the road surface up to any leads and lifts as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer- in charge. The machine/JCB (front end-loader) should work minimum 8.00 hours daily . Any loss to the public/private property of any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period execution shall be absolute responsibility of the JCB/excavator owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases the fuel and operational staff for excavator will be provided by the owner, the repair and spare watch and ward of excavator also be borne by the contractor /owner.
