| 1 | Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rocks chiseling wedging out of rock(where blasting in prohibited )and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line , grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and other necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ or labour if required . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 3 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 ( one cement : four coarse sand: Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre ) nominal size all work up to plinth level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :three Sand :six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in drain and channel etc. open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 5 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 6 | Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size). In foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government . |

| 8 | Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etcetra and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with upto all leads including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 9 | Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kn static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical Specification Clause 402 for grading –I material and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 10 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) (fifty three millimetre to zero point zero seven five millimetre) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne (eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 11 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram per squaremeter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (five hundred two ).Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. | 12 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg/sqm (zero point three zero to zero point three five kilogram per square meter ) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five hundred three). Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. | 13 | Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm(thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6kg( fourteen point six kilogram)per ten square metre bitumen VG-10(viscosity grade ten) in suitable plant and laying by paver finisher to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508, by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
