Manufacturing, Supplying, Installation and transportation of Grand Statue of Shri Mao Ji Maharaj made out of Gun metal, manufactured using Italian / french lost wax process including preparing of clay / plaster of paris model of same size and shape of the sculpture. The bidder shall also prepare and get approved mini model of proper proportion / appropriate size in fibre of sculpture. The bidder shall prepare and submit proper detailed sketch / sketches of sculptures being prepared by professional artist. The sculptures shall be made in proper proportions and sizes. The gun metal shall have following composition:Copper 85% to 87%Tin - 3%Lead - 4% to 5%Zinc - 5%All inclusive of manufacturing, supplying, packaging, loading, unloading, transportation, installation, etc. All work shall be done complete as per specifications, drawings, designs and directions and satisfaction of authority.

Supplying, Providing & fixing of Structural steel work for armature of statue of Shri Mao Ji Maharaj made out of ISI Marked Mild Steel material joint mitred, properly welding and grinded. The structure shall be properly grouted in the RCC work as per specification and directions of Engineer In charge. The entire armature / structural steel shall be properly welded/ Bolted, fixed and coated with minimum 02 coats of red oxide of approved brand and manufacture as per directions. The structure / armature shall have proper bracing as required and as per design. The structure shall be designed by the professional structural designer (Having minimum educational qualification of ME / M.Tech in Structural Engineering). The design shall be done in such a way that it should with stand all the horizontal, vertical and seismic loads / forces and as well as the self weight of the statue. All including cutting welding, fixing, transportation and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide, joints must be made even and smooth after jointing / welding. Inclusive of transportation, loading, unloading, erecting & fixing (Using cranes etc.). The design sample and material shall be got approved by the authority before start of work.
