The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the elevator includes routine servicing, inspection, minor repairs, and performance checks to ensure safe, reliable, and smooth operation throughout the year. The AMC covers consumable and small-use materials such as lubricants, cleaning agents, nuts, bolts, screws, hall buttons, display units, door locks, contacts, limit switches, contactors, door parts, door shoes, door belts, and guide shoes, along with minor electrical connections required during maintenance. The contractor shall also carry out load testing of all lifts at prescribed intervals and submit test reports as part of the AMC. The contract ensures timely attention to normal wear and tear, helping to prevent breakdowns and extend the service life of the equipment.
