Fabrication of 10 KL horizontal tanks with manhole 600mm dia X 300mm neck height and with 5/6mm X 1500mm X 6300mm steel plates for shell & 8 mm for end plates together with supply/welding of structures including hydrostatic testing with water to a pressure of 0.50 Kg./Cm. square etc. . Job includes supplying and fabrication of accessories as per bill of material of above-mentioned drawings (only 5/6 mm. & 8 mm. thk. steel plates for shell and end plates will be issued by IOCL free of cost) including providing manhole topcover of 742 mm dia. x 10 mm thk. to the tank . The job includes supply of angles, nuts & bolts, washers, Gaskets fittings, Anchor Chairs and accessories with fabrication, welding, machining etc. with re-arrangement of fittings complete in all respects including fabricator's name on shell of tank manhole and transportation of tanks upto 50 KM including Loading of tank .Job also included Cost of transportation of Steel from IOCL stock Point to vendor's Premises.Job also unloading of tank at RO. The following IOCL approved drawings to be followed -IOCL standard drawings Engg/HT/Fab Drwg dated 14.08.2023
