Minimum wages, prescribed by the Labour Authorities (Union Territory) Administration (Chandigarh) as revised from time to time. ESIC, EPF , Admn Contribution as applicable .Service charge should be levied on minimum wages.

Note: GST will be paid extra on minimum wages, ESIC charges, EPF charges & service charges and the rate quoted for service charges shouldbe without GST. The GST will be deposited by1st party and shall be reimbursed by 2nd party as per GST Act; TDS will be deducted from thepayments as per rule. Note : Performa for Financial bid will be as per clause no. 14 & 15 of the terms and conditions. Service charges quoted by the bidder should not be less than 1%.
