Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with Hydarulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per thedirection of Engineer in Charge

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by a pressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compaction and surface accuracy: For 50 mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG-10 @ 50 kg/ 10 sqm. including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine) complete in all respects including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engneer in Charge.

Providing and Laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including relectorising glass beads @ 250 grams per square metre area. Thick ness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35.
