| 13 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 Way Outdoor (IP54) 11kV 630Amps 21KA/3 sec. One side Extensible Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear consisting of 3 Nos. Fixed motorized Vacuum Circuit Breaker Module suitable mechanical and electrical interlocking for Two Incoming and One Outgoing Feeder and Copper Busbar in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure (2.5mm thick, SS304 grade). The complete RMU must be type tested for Internal arc 21KA for 1 sec with AFLR Classification for Gas tank & Cable Chamber. The Vaccum Interrupter must RMU manufacturer's own make. The complete RMU shall be consisting of followings:-Microprocessor based IDMT Relay for Circuit Breakers - Self Powered along with series trip coil (Modbus RS485 complaint) for each VCB Module.-Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED for all feeder and FPI in all load break switch feeder.-SF6 Gas pressure indicator on the gas tank.-Operating sequence of VCB must be O- 3 mins-CO-3 Mins-CO and suitable for 2000 mechanical operation.-CT shall be minimum 100-50/1A ,2.5VA , 5P20 - 3 Nos. for protection.-CT shall be minimum 100-50/1A ,2.5VA , Class 0.5 - 3 Nos. for Ammeter.-Manometer for each Tank.-Right angle boot to be provided in each module and Foundation suitable for housing / fixing of RMU is included in rate quoted by contractor-2X12V, 26AH Battary with Charger - 1 Set.-Auxiliary VT shall be 11KV/230 ,500VA for AC supply input to Battary Charger. |
| 14 | -The Contractor shall provide and fix identification boards on each way of the RMU (Ring Main Unit) panel, clearly indicating its nature as “INCOMING” or “OUTGOING” and specifying the location or equipment being fed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. The identification boards shall be made of powder-coated galvanized iron sheet, securely fixed with screws or rivets, and shall have bold, legible block letters not less than 40 mm in height, painted or engraved in a contrasting color (e.g., black letters on white). The lettering and identification shall conform to the visibility and marking requirements of the Indian Electricity Rules. All boards shall be placed at a visible location on the front of each RMU way for clear identification and ease of maintenance. Channel partner / System Integrator / Authourized Partner/ License partner make RMU shall not be accepted. |

| 17 | Note for Srl item No 12 to 13:- (i) One no operating handle for manual isolator/ disconnector/ earthing operation and one No manometer shall be provided.(ii) The above swithgear shall confirm to relevant IEC for design, maufacturer, and internal are complince.(iii) PCC foundation for installing the outdoor RMU as per manufacturer drawing 1m above the ground level will be installed at work site with providing sufficient space of working for elect by the contractor.(iv) Testing and commission of RMU will be done through OEM and proper record of calibration and relay setting to be provided to the MES by contractor. (v) Providing of anticat and anticlimbing fencing, vertical post gap minimum 2m and distance from RMU minimum 1m.(vi) The empty space between RMU and fencing will be filled with stone aggregate of 20mm Size and shall be equally distributed with 50mm height from the ground. (vii) Suitable interlocking of mechanical/ electrical type in the RMU breakers has to be provided.(viii) The cost of the above points/ works deem to be including in the rates quoted and nothing extra on the account will be admissible. |
| 18 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Factory Made ( CPRI Approved/ Tested Manufacturer) HT Bus Bar Chamber of suitable size completely enclosed with 3.15 mm CRCA Mild Steel Sheet suitable for Bus Bar rating of 100 Amps, 11 KV, 3 phase and 3 Way type, outgoing/incoming from panel enclosure through suitable Insulator Bushing for connecting cable end termination with Metal Sheet Enclosure including Door with locking arrangements, Outdoor type. All cable termination box should be mounted outside the main bus bar panel enclosure made out of 3.15mm CRCA Mild Steel Sheet, Powder coated, Dust and Vermin Proof with Rain Water Protection, Provision of HT 11 KV Post Insulators, 03 No. Fixed Inside with suitable Size Copper Bus-bars for Cable Connections and 11 KV, Danger Notice Board on Both Sides, having all Steel Metal Works including Frame shall be with Anti-corrosive Coating with 07 Tank Process and Finally Epoxy Polyester Powder coating of Siemens Grey RAL-7035 Shade, Panel to be fixed at 450mm above Natural Ground Level on Brick Masonry Platform including Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates) 100mm thick around the Area upto 1.50 Metre in all directions from the Panel all as ordered including Provision of Cattle Fencing with Open-able Gate (1.20 Metre to 1.50 Metre in Height) around the Area upto 1.50 Metre, complete all as specified and as directed. |
