The work also includes stacking the excavated soil within site limits, away from the edge of excavation; refilling the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) thick layers into plinths or foundations, as required; consolidating each layer by ramming and watering; and disposing of all surplus excavated earth — complete in all respects, as per the direction and to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads and lifts. |

| 7 | Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½:3(1cement:1½sand: 3 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in following items including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. Foundation footing, bases of columns etc. |
| 8 | Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two level. |
| 9 | Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : In foundation and Plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. |
| 10 | Providing and laying mild steel /tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to all floor level complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing cast iron manhole cover, 560 mm dia with frame (Medium duty) weight of frame 58 kgs. and weight of cover 58 kgs. Total weight of frame and cover not less than 58 kg complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Laying, jointing & testing of screw and socket Galvanised Mild steel tube of Light grade of approved make or approved rate contract of DGS & D/HP Government confirming to BIS 1239-1990 (Part-II) of following diameter including all tube fitting are required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads & lifts.
