L&S H.P.(SH:-Trenching, Providing, Laying, Jointing and testing in trenches of HDPE with multilayer thermal insulation on pipe of 50mm dia from Rd 0 to 700 = 700 Rmt., 40mm dia 0 to 500 = 500 rmt and 20mm dia at various RDs =120 Rmt )

Excavation in earthwork for trenches of required width & atleast 1.20 m to 1.50 m depths in all classifications of soil such s spade work , jumper work , soft & hard rock , by chisseling in soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited , in saturated soils i/c bailing and pumping out the water in all lifts and dressing of sides , ramming of beds to correct grades i/c shoring , strutting , planking , timbering and dewatering wherever required and getting out the excavated soil, stacking the servicable/unservicable material/soil separately and the returning the soil in layers not exceedings 20 cm in depth , including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering etc. and disposing of the surplus excavated soil in all leads and lifts , the disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying & jointing in trenches HDPE Pipe conforming to BIS 4984-1995 with upto date ammendments , material Grade PE-100 and pressure rating Class- PN16 or as per design including th compression fitting such as Tees , Elbows adapters with metal inserts , reducers , service saddles required as per site conditions and jointing the pipes & fittings with the help of electofusion machine complete in all respect in all lead & lifts as per the directions & to the entire satisfactions of Engineer in charge. (Taking 40% Distribution into consideration which can be damaged during excavation and cannot be re-used.)

Providing multilayer thermal insulation to the pipes (at places where the pipes cannot be buried at the required depths due to site conditions & exposed to atmosphere and at the consumer end) with Nitrile rubber tube of class O with suitable adhesive , Resin bonded mineral wool ( Rock wool ) conforming to BIS: 8183-1993 (With upto date ammendments) 50mm thick having density 24 kg/m3 , chicken wire mesh & binding wire, wrapping with polythene sheet (120 GSM) and 24 gauge aluminium alloy sheet conforming to BIS :2676 (with upto date ammendments) all around the pipe i/c all fixtures , adhesives , clamps etc . including cost of all mterial & labour complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per direction & to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(40 % of total network taken for insulation , where pipe cannot be buried upto required depth )
