Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and proving of Airless Centrifuga l Shot Blasting machine for bogie components on turnkey basis as per annexure specification attached with the t ender. It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operatio n and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. ]

CAMC for 5 years after completion of 2 years warranty period from the date of commissioning. The details of CAMC as defined in Clause 17 of Section V of Specifications appended with this tender. Bidders are req uired to attach the price break up of these accessories in PDF file along with submitted bid. ]

Consumables:- Defined at clause 6 of section V of Specification appended with tender. The list of c onsumable spares shall be furnished and quoted along with their unit rates. Consumables shall be supplied alon g with the machine or as per agreed time table, if ordered. Bidders are required to attach the price break up to t hese consumables in PDF file along with submitted bid. ]

A Set of Concomitant Accessories also includes as per para 4.2 of Section IV of Specification appen ded with the tender. It shall also include any other accessory not defined in applicable annexure and treated as other concomitant accessory/equipment which in the opinion of supplier is essentially required for making the m achine fully functional. Bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories in PDF file along wi th submitted Bid. ]

Preventive Maintenance: The details of comprehensive preventive maintenance to be provided du ring warranty period shall be indicated by the bidder giving details of type of preventive schedule, periodicity on items to be checked, items to be replaced and expected plant down time. Details may be referred at Clause 16 of Section V of Specification appended with this tender. ]
