साईट की सफाई, जड़ो, तनों, वनस्पती, झाडि़यां, पेड तथा सेपलिंग 15 सेमी लपेट तने वाले को उखाड़ना तथा मलबे को हटाना आदि।

मिट्टी का कार्य कटाई में, 1-5 मीटर उठान कर 50 मीटर निष्पादन तथा डाग वेल लगाना, होदा में केम्बर, ग्रेड लगाना तथा निष्पादित मिट्टी को समतल तथा दरेसी करना।

60 mm मोटाई में edge block के अंतर्गत सीमेंट कंक्रीट 1:1.5:3 से बना हुआ अथवा पत्थर का block जिसकी मोटाई 20 सेमी., उंचाई 40 सेमी. होगी व block के टॉप की धार गोलाई में की जावेगी। block के स्थान पर इसी नाप का मोके पर निर्मित block भी स्वीकार्य होगा। मोके पर edge block नहीं लगाने की स्थिति में प्रति रनिंग मी. 0.08 घमी. सीमेंट कंक्रीट की दर से कटोती की जावे ।

सीमेंट कंक्रीट सड़क की ऊपर की सतह पर कंट्रोल्ड कंक्रीट मिलाना डालना तथा निडिल तथा सतही कम्पन मशीन (वाईब्रेटर) चलाना तथा न खिसकने वाली सतह के लिये चाहे गए ग्रेड, केम्बर तथा सुपर एलिवेशन में तैयार करना !
