| 3 | CHILLED WATER PIPING WITH INSULATION - OUTSIDE THE BUILDING Supplying, laying/fixing, testing and commissioning of 150 mm NB chilled water piping underground, including necessary clamps, supports, vibration isolators and fittings (excluding valves, strainers, gauges), complete as per specifications.Pipe shall be MS ‘C’ Class as per IS:1239 Part I & II.Provide fire-retardant quality EPS moulded pipe sections (density 20 kg/m³, thickness 50 mm) applied over a coat of cold-setting adhesive (CPRX compound), wrapped with polythene-faced hessian, and finished with minimum 25 mm thick cement plaster reinforced with wire mesh for mechanical protection. All joints sealed and made good as per IS standards. Includes insulation of fittings, removable covers for valves/flanges, identification bands, making good damages, and all accessories. ( Flushing with chemical also to be included ) Note:-The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S.
