| 2 | Attending of day to day maintenance LED street/security/Gate light/Post top lantern/High mast light fixed at up to 16 mtr height of any make complaints received through telephone or in person and reactification of defects installed on street light poles 9/11 mtr long, building walls, roof by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position including replacement of LED lights, Driver, flexible wire, reflector etc including cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, replacement of old unserviceable street light fittings with new fittings etc as required to make the light fitting functional Vehicle, ladder, tools and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement.Note : (i) Light fitting, cable, flexible wire and LED drive if required to be replaced in repair shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of this BOQ for supply and fixing in replacement. (ii) contractor manpower should be daily recieve a complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM by JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip as record of complaints with user signature.(iii) Old retrived material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and will be given to contractor after completion of contract. (vi) . Quantity of material by contractor shall be decided by Engineer in charge based on requirement. Note: Recovery @ 120/- per hour of the complaints is not being attended within six hours from intimation by rep of E/M subdivision through or telephonic/digital/ written complaints. |
