Day to day running maintenance of HT and LT pumps in all sumps, washing pumping station, water tanker points pumping station, drinking water pumping stations etc a) Greasing of pumps b) checking and tightning of base frame Nut bolts, coupling bolts, alignment of pump-motor set, bearing housing, replacing of damage parts at site. Also as per Scope of work.

Day to day assistance in work at pump work shop for (i) pump maintenance - Opening and closing of top cover of pump, alignment of rotating unit inside the pump, replacing of damage parts, greasing, handling of pumps parts, alignement of pump-moter set with coupling bolts and other associated works. (ii) Welding work for pump-motor base frame, fabrication of suction pipe for pumps, repairing of starters, fabrication of base on drum pontoons, and any other welding work (iii) Handling of heavy material at workshop i.e iron material, loading/unloading of material, handling of scrap materials, arranging of equipments in workshop and any other associated work ii) Tools & Tackels Supply by Contractor ( Chain pulley Block suitable to jobs , 1 no. Cutting set ,1 no. Welding set , 1 no. welding Machine, suitable spaneers etc. should be made avilable throughout the contract period) Also as per Scope of work.

Day to day running maintenance of Electrical work - (a) maintenance, cleaning etc of HT and LT electrical starters, field switches, transformers at workshop and at all sumps, washing pumping station, water tanker points pumping station, drinking water pumping stations etc (b) checking of earthing system at electrical installations (c) maintenance of electrical power supply systems to all pumping stations and attending of breakdowns, (d) maintenance of electrical motors - greasing, all terminal box maintenance at a periodic time (e) cable lugging work and any other electrical associated works. Also as per Scope of work.

Collection of material from central store, jayant to regional store, khadia project or pump work shop as and when required (a) cutting of iron materials (b) loading and unloading of materials at designated places in workshop (c) Truck for collection of material shall be supplied by the contractor including Diesel cost and driver charges having capacity 10T or more for 08 Hrs. per day. Also as per Scope of work.
