| 2 | SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER FD-281: Removing of worn out upholstery & U Foam and S&F new U- foam cushion (ISI Marked) 40 Density of size as per Drg including long cloth lining inside and new tapestry cloth cover as per sample and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge in consultation with users duly stitched and provided with nylon zip complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per metre.(ii) Each cushion with tapestry cover shall be measured and paid as one unit. |
| 3 | Removing the broken / damaged arms of sofa and S&F new arms matching to existing size and shape, made out of well seasoned first class teak wood including polishing to glossy finish, etc complete all as shown in drawings, as specified and as directed.Note:-(i) Each arm will be measured and paid as one unit. (ii) Tightening of sofa frame wherever required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. |

| 5 | Removing the broken / damaged battens and S&F new battens of sofa of existing size and shape, made out of well seasoned first class teak wood including polishing to glossy finish, etc complete all as shown in drawings, as specified and as directed .Note:-(i) Each batten will be measured and paid as one unit.(ii) Tightening of sofa frame wherever required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. |
| 6 | Prepare the existing surface of wooden furniture of any description by applying sand paper, removing the stains and filling the bore holes, cracks by putting bees wax and chalk powder etc, and apply French polish with rose wood/ walnut colour stainer to the exposed surface and polishing shall be uniform and shall be glossy finish for sofa set FD-281 (Five Seater) complete all as specified and as directed .Note : one Sofa set of 5 seater will be measured as one unit. |
| 7 | Removing of worn out tapestry cloth and providing material and labour with new tapestry cloth for 40 density cushions, as per existing pattern, duly stitched and provided with nylon zip complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per metre. |
| 8 | CHAIR REVOLVING EXECUTIVE HIGH BACK MAKE GODREJ SERIES(PCH-7001): Removing the unserviceable worn out cloth tapestry, seat and back cushions, providing new tapestry cloth, seat and back (comprising of 30 density cushions), quality and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Rate of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs 250/- Per metre. (ii) Each chair (seat and back) will be measured as single unit |
| 9 | Removing the unserviceable and worn out gas lift/hydraulic assembly system and S&F new gas lift/hydraulic assembly system to match with the original complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Removing the unserviceable/broken Pedestal assembly and S &F new Pedestal assembly to match with the original complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Removing the existing broken castor wheel from chair revolving and S&F new castor wheels to match with the original complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 13 | CHAIR REVOLVING MEDIUM/LOW BACK MAKE GODREJ SERIES(PCH-7001, 7022 R, 6001 R, 6002 R, 5001 D) : Removing the unserviceable worn out cloth tapestry and moulded cushion, of seat & back and S&F new moulded cushion of Density 30 with tapestry cloth as per existing and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs 250.00 Per metre. (ii) Each chair (seat and back) measured as single unit |

| 21 | TABLE COMPUTER MAKE GODREJ COMPANION C-3 : Removing unserviceable/ worn out components of Table Top and S&F 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, both side lamination, (Shade as that of component removed) including all cut ends of laminated sheet to be sealed by laminated beading as required along with appropriate new screws , 'L' clamps as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 34 | Removing the existing unserviceable plywood top from GI charpoy and tightening of the frame of GI Charpoy and S&F 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR grade duly ISI marked conforming to IS-303 and of size as per drg and rounded edges on four corners including supply and fix 8 Nos MS flat angles of 2 Nos each on long rails and 2 Nos on short rail by welding as directed by engineer-in-Charge, fixing MS flats with GI bolts and nuts 6mm dia 50 mm long with 3mm thick washers, the welded portion shall be grinded smoothly and applying 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 35 | BED HARD (STEEL) WITHOUT MNF(FD/E6/MAP/08(R): Removing dents & bends and welding wherever required and scrapping old painted surfaces by removing existing paint with chemical / aerosol spray including preparation of surfaces and applying putty and red oxide primer and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour black complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Bed Hard (Steel) as a whole shall be measured as single unit. |
| 36 | Removing existing unserviceable plywood and S&F 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade (bearing ISI mark) conforming to IS 303 for Bed Hard(Steel) of size as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 37 | CHARPOY (Drg CWE/AF/61/11) : Removing dents & bends and welding wherever required and scrapping old painted surfaces by removing existing paint with chemical / aerosol spray including preparation of surfaces and applying putty and red oxide primer and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour black complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Bed Hard (Steel) as a whole shall be measured as single unit. |
| 38 | Removing existing unserviceable plywood and S&F 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade and with ISI mark conforming to IS 303 for Bed Hard(Steel) of size as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 39 | CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS FD 75(M) :Removing unserviceable seat & back from chair, providing material and labour MS flats (2 on seat and 2 on back), including supply and fix new moulded cushions of 75 mm thick for seat and 50 mm thick for back of density 30, and laying tapestry of approved quality and shade by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall also include for providing 6 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade ISI marked (beneath cushion) Seat and back supported by fixing with GI bolts and nuts of 6 mm dia 45 mm long with 3 mm thick washers, seat and back fixed by drilling 8 holes per chair, including scrapping out old painted surfaces and applying spray paint of synthetic enamel paint of two coats, including removing unserviceable arms and supply and fix new PVC moulded arms (02 arms per chair) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 40 | BED PLYWOOD TOP :- FD-246/247.Removing unserviceable ply wood from bed top, tighten the frame, S&F 12mm thick ply wood BWR grade( ISI Marked) etc., complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. |
| 41 | Removing unserviceable long rail, S&F long rail made out of seasoned First class hard wood (teak), made to shape as shown on drg, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each long rail shall be measured as one unit. |
| 42 | Removing existing damaged head board from bed and S&F new head board complete all as shown on drg and as directed.Note:- Each head board shall be measured as one unit. |
| 43 | Removing existing damaged foot board from bed and S&F new foot board complete all as shown on drg and as directed. Note:- Each foot board shall be measured as one unit. |
| 44 | Preparing the wooden surface by applying sand paper removing the stains and filling the bore holes, cracks by applying Bees wax and chalk powder etc, and applying French polish to all faces, applied uniformly, glossy finish for Bed ply top, Drg No. FD- 246/247 etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 45 | CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (TP)Removing existing broken / damaged hand board, providing material and labour for new hand board of size and shape matching with existing ones complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-Hand board shall be measured and one Unit. |
