| 19 | Removing the slip plate and fixing the slip ring in the above duct during catalyst heating start up |
| 20 | Providing and removal of Slip plate in dilution water lineProviding slip plate before control valve in dilution water line to IAT and FAT during plant shutdown and removal of these slip plates from line during plant start up. |
| 21 | Providing and removal of slip plate in duct connecting 4th bed outlet and W5The work involves cutting of duct connecting converter 4th bed outlet to W5 inlet from a marked location as per Engineer in charge. After cutting, provide slip plate to converter side and make a 600mm Nozzle with a flange for venting air during converter heat up. Provide nozzle for venting air during converter heat up. After heat up work a dummy shall be provided in 600mm nozzle and slip plate from duct shall be removed. Weld the duct properly by providing 8mm BQ plate pad throughout the cut area without any leaks as per instruction from Engineer - in charge. All scaffolding and other site arrangements for the execution of the work shall be under the scope of work of the contractor. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
