Contractor to insert here-in- below their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part II) rates. If net schedule rates are offered at PAR with MES Schedule, '0' should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/ Excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in-below shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.Note:- (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template. The net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix 'A' to Notice of e-tender.(ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage) will not be increased from the estimated cost of work.
