Section-I :- Comprehensive Maintenance of DG Sets with AMF Panel of Make: Mahindra & Mahindra/ Greaves/ Ashok Leyland including preventive maintenance checks of engine and alternator for trouble free function as per recommendation and attending break down/ complaint as and when required basis,monthly maintenance are regular basis. complete with Preventive maintenance'B' check twice a year inclusive replacement of required necessary spares engine oil,coolent,Filters such as Fuel filter, by pass filter , lube oil filter and Air filter complete sets along with rectification of minor defects and cleaning of coolent tank with blower and filling/topping up and replacement of engine oil/coolant and tuning of engine for DG set as listed below all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NOS: 1.01 to 1.07:-(a) After monthly maintenance, the work to be certified by JE (E/M)/Engr-In-Charge on Job Card. (b) Cost of materials and labour as mentioned in Section-2 are not included with Comprehensive Maintanance, i.e. item No. 1.01 to 1.07 here-in-before. (c) The DG Set shall be maintained by the OEMs i.e.M/s Mahindra & Mahindra /M/s Greaves/M/s Ashok Leyland or their authorized service dealer. (d) The comprehensive maintanance of DG Set under this contract shall be done through OEMs i.e. M/s Mahindra & Mahindra/M/s Greaves/M/s Ashok Leyland or their authorized service dealer. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized as per performa (on serial page No 136) within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work will executed as per policy invouge of the contractors default.
