Further if complaint not attended and rectified within 24 hours after intimation (Intimation will be given by message/whats app/mail by mentioning time of complaint, for that contractor has to submit his authorised reps details for receiving complaint) of complaint, failing which same will be got rectified through spot quotation by job order by any other agency and double of the job order amount to be deducted from contractors dues. |
