Taking down/Removing of existing epoxy flooring from the mother concrete slabs and removing material from the site complete all as directed by E-in-Charge

Providing and applying 4 mm thick epoxy polyurethane self-smoothing flooring on vacuum dewatered / Heavy duty or other flooring min M25 grade as under:-(i) Carry out surface preparation including grinding / scarification / light shot blasting of concrete surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, paint residuals, curing compound residues, repairing of floor cracks and dents.(ii) Apply a Primer coat of epoxy prime FloArm PES followed by 3mm thick screed with FloArm ESF 4 having compressive strength of ≥ 50 Mpa, tensile strength of ≥16 MPa as per ASTM D638, Flexural strength of ≥ 20 MPa as per ASTM D790,tensile strength of ≥16 MPa as per IS 9162. Then after 12 hours of screeding when screed get dried,Providing and laying the 1mm epoxy polyuethane with Floarm Top EPU1 having compressive strenth ≥ 50 MPa as per IS 9162, Flexure strength ≥ 25 MPa after7day(IS9162), Gloss to be applied in desired colour and finish. Note : This shall be done using slow speed drill and poured on as per manufacturer's specification. Then level the material using serrated trowel and the same with spiked nylon roller to remove slight trowel marks and entrapped air from the material.(iii) Anchorage grooves should be cut to a minimum depth and width of 2mmX2mm the flooring thickness to be laid at the edges, day joints, up stands, drains, doorway including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer's specifications and at regular points across the floor etc.
