| 2 | M&L for providing, laying, spreading premix bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous macadam in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading by means of mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Job mix formula of premix bituminous macadam shall be approved by GE. |
| 3 | M&L for providing, laying, spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) with crushed and graded coarse aggregates as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled drum type hot mixing plant, laying, spreading uniformly by means of Mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and Vibromax roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Job mix formula of SDAC shall be approved by GE. |
| 4 | M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements with coloured as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the like exc 10cm wide and 1 to 2 mm thick with hot thermoplastic road marking materials with the mechanical instruments including necessary preparation of surface and mixing with glass wool complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye reflective type of plastic body of size 100mm x 100mm x 19mm with impact resistant ABS plastic stud having ultra voilet resistant colour with plastic strip containing 31 mini retro reflector in PMMA glass beads of colour white/red/yellow to each side and fixed with including 12mm dia 120mm long zinc plated steel nails at the centre of cats eye by hammering as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable / broken road stud / cat eye of any type. |
