Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

WBM Grading 3 :providing ,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregatesof specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber. Applying and brooming, stone screening to fillup the interstices of coarse aggreegate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405.(B) By mechanical means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumin emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of grannular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg per sqm using mechnical means as per technical specification clause 502.
