Part-A Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Advanced Lightning Protection System at Rampur Batura OCP. Each system shall consists of:- (1) The lightning protection system advance type which shall be designed to send upward streamer earlier than surrounding metallic points, attract lightning to a preferred point & safely convey the lightning energy to ground with a predetermined route (working radius 120 meter).(2) Lightning Air terminal with adaptor- Air terminal designed and tested to NFC17-12 and UNE-21186 with stainless steel design suitable for all weather conditions. Air terminal made of non-corrosive materials utilize advance & sustainable technologies, Provide complete protection by capturing dangerous lightning discharges & safety channeling it to earth- 1 set (3) Down Conductor- High voltage multi copper insulated cable of minimum 50 sqmm cross section insulated copper for lightning current dissipation to the earthing system with necessary accessories. Down cable should be in single length approx 90 meters from the air terminal to the earth pit. (4) Chemical Earthing- Advance maintenance free chemical earthing electrode made with pipe in pipe technology duty Copper pipe of 90mm dia. with primary conductor of size 50mm and 02 meter length 50 kg chemical compound for each earthpit. Earthpit resistance max 01 ohms 03 nos.(5) Lightning Strike Counter- Lightning strike recorder shall be weather proof type, it should have 06 digits event count. Should have the capacity to count smallest strike, it should be a voltage sensing type counter, so that it will not register neaby strikes and static discharges due to induction effect - 1 no. (6) Surge Protection device- Lightning surge protection device conforming to EN 61643-II and IEC 61643-1 to be installed in the distribution box - 1 no Note: 1. Before execution of the work of erection of ESE type ALPS at Rampur Batura OCP, bidder has to submit TYPE TEST REPORT from NABL/CPRI ILAC or any Govt. accredited lab along with acceptance test report as per relevant Indian/International standard (Execution of work shall be carried out as per instruction of EIC).

Part-B Providing and Installation of 06 set Advance ESE Lightning protection system in different locations of Khairaha UG mine premises. (i) Supply of Advance ESE Lightning protection system working on the principle of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Technology- stainless steel body accordance NFC 17 102 standard working effectively upto earth resistance 02 ohm to having radius 79 meters mounted at height of 05 meters having level 1 protection high quality anti corrosive & conductive coating low wind resistance and light weight (ii) Lightning conductor/rod tester - 01 nos. (iii) Guy wire kit - 01 nos. (iv) Lightning event counter IP67, 06 digit electromechanical device - 01 nos.(v) Advance maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising with 01 electrode (17.2 mm), 3 meter long - 01 no. (vi) 01 X 70 sqmm copper conductor - 10 meter (vii) Poly static earth pit chamber - 01 no.
