Dismantling & changing of following parts in LT panel taking out the installed A.C.B from the panel, removing of defective parts of A.C.B. & other parts i.e. indicating lights, amp. Meter etc. dismantling of all incoming & outgoing connection.

Bus bar Aluminum of electrolytic grade conductivity covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral current carrying capacity 800Amp..The bus-bar support insulator made of non-deteriorating, vermin proof, non hygroscopic materials such as SMC/DMC.

Fitting of the Air circuit breaker & racking system in panel enclosure complete with auxiliary contacts N O+NC making required modification in panel door & base frame to fix the New ACB . Control wiring of ACB for indication & tripping system.

Cleaning of complete ACB of 800Amp. .in panel, removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism ,re-wiring of under voltage coil , complete servicing of ACB Fixing of components in place of defective components as required complete with control wiring, & re-installation of A.C.B. in existing LT panel complete with all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling

Fixing of Volt/amp. Meter, indicating lights complete with wiring etc.

Testing & commissioning of panel & allied accessories as per required parameters with relevant IS .Testing of the panel prior to switching on as followI) Continuity and earth testing.II) Meggaring of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
