Fabrication and supply of movable MS structure complete with all support including providing &fixing of locked rubberized heavy duty wheal with complete assembly which will be rotate at 360°. Providing and fixing of hanging system fabricated by threaded spindle shaft with complete assembly for hanging of structure. The job includes making the handle system with complete assembly. All assembly carefully fabricated with EN-8 material by machining work with complete finishing. Making proper alignment and leveling for smooth working and movement without any disturbance including complete welding work, Nut Bolts Washer and other hardware items as per job requirement.

Providing and fixing of gentry girder in the structure for movement of EOT Crane.

Providing and fixing of Premium Quality single girder Electric wire rope hoist Crane of capacity 2 Ton Lift 4mtr. with heavy duty drum and SS304 wire rope. This hoist consists of a wire rope and pulleys, which are simply pulleys with grooves on the rim to accept the wired rope and consist electric function, which can raise and lower weights up to 2 tones. Make:- Reva/Globe/Brady/Any other DJB approved make.

Making of complete electrical connection by P/F of Pannel and PVC cable LT arrangement Providing and fixing of cable trolley and support wire.

Painting & primer charges of complete system with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint as per required shade. Make of paint & primer:- Berger/ Asian/ Nerolac/ DJB Approved
