Earthwork in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from worksite with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P cess and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(excluding GST)

Filling in foundation and plinth with SAND well watered and rammed in 23.5 (9'') thick layers with all leads and lifts with cost conveyance, cess and royalities of materials and labour with T&P with cost, conveyance for the work etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) (Excluding GST).

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3.2”) size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6”) thick to the required level ramming watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.(excluding GST)

Carriage of earth by mechanic means with cost of all leads and lift upto 5.00 km including with cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete (excluding GST)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
