Supply & deliuery of ranesphere eccentric design gear operated, double flanged Ductile lron /MS fabricated butterfly valves generaily conforming to lS: 13095, having body, disc and end cover in graded Ductile lron tots:1865 Gr 5O0/7/MS, Nitrile rubber face ring secured on disc by a SS AlSl 304 rrtaining ring with stainless steel screws, the rubber ring seati.lg on a corresponding SS AlSl 3O4 seat in b,ody, stub shaft of SS AlSl 410 riding in teflon bearings. f tanges drilled to 15 1538 Table 4 & 6. Valves suitable for a wcrking prcssure of 30 kg,/cm2, {seat test} & body tested to 45 kg/cm2. Valves are incorporate with suitable Rtotork Syncropak/AUMA Epak electrical actuator having inbuilt reversal starter with position indicator. 400 mm dia , PN-3.0 (Valves & Actuator both)

Fitting fixing of above supplyed 400 mm Butterfly valve in the delivery line including supply of all necessaries materiais i.e-non metallic full face supper quality rubber gasket, M.5 Nut Bclt & Washer etc. after dismantling af delivery line and takenout the damaged valve as per direcion of E.l.C.
