| 1 | Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as spade work,pick work, jumper work, saturated/unsaturated soil blasting work in soft /hard rock,chiselling/wedging out rocks, where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the usefull material available from cutting work and handing over the usefull material to the department free of cost as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. |
| 2 | Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in in foundation and plinth. |
| 4 | Providing & laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1½ sand:3graded stone agregate of 20mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcemenr for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts. |
| 5 | Foundations , footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respect. |
| 6 | Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, beams and girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect. |
| 7 | Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry un-coursed/brought to courses with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in Cement mortar 1:6(1cement : 6sand) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Providing and placing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads & lifts as per the direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Providing and laying No fine Cement Concrete 1:3 (1cement: 3 graded stone aggregate 40mm and above)and curing complete excluding cost of form work& reinforcement for reinforced concrete work upto all leads & lifts as per the direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering and propping etc. Height of propping and cetering below supporting floor to seiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removel of th same for the same for in situ reinforcement concrete and plain concrete concrete work including all leads and lifts. |

| 20 | Providing, laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing of G.I. pipe of following dia meter confirming to IS1239-2001(latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled/plain ends in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirements made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding and jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube during welding or otherwise shall be provided anticorrisive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrods shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfation & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts(Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) |
