M & L for preparation of old concrete floor surface such that the surface to be painted is free from any dampness, loose paint, dust, wax, grease or any other contaminants and applying two coats of water based cross linked all acrylic emulsion (Asian - Apex Floor Guard or equivalent of Nerolac/ Berger/ Dulux/ Birla) of required shade, in camouflage pattern, applied all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M & L for preparing old wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives all as per manufacturer's instruction. M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm. Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removing debris outside MD land.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layer 1st layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and 2nd layer of 5mm thick in CM (1:4) with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (supply only WPC measured and paid seperately)

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (supply only WPC measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.
