Routine servicing & maintenance of 320 KVA D.G. Set of Cummins make with AMF Panel installed in Infosys Foundation Red Cross Sarai at PGIMER Campus, Sector 12 at U.T Chandigarh. The DG set shall have to be tested twice a month or whenever required by the qualified and experienced staff. The job includes the cost of testing, cleaning, checking of battery, oil filters, battery leads, temperature gauge, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, greasing of parts and other minor repair for proper working of the DG set including the cost of all the petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The other major components will be paid extra as required at site on actual work done basis.

Service of 320 KVA D.G. Sets of Cummins make including changing of following parts. The job includes the cost of supply & erection of the following parts and other, petty material like o-rings, gaskets, cleaning of filter housing by scratching, cleaning with diesel oil etc. to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of under voltage relay of 24 volt capacity. The job includes dismantling of all the cables form the under voltage relay. The job also includes fixing of new under voltage relay and giving all necessary electrical connections to the relay.

Supply and fixing of engine stop solenoid valve of cummins make part no. 411150300. The job includes the dismantling of all electrical connection of solenoid valve from the engine body fixing of new stop solenoid adjusting the valve ans making necessary electrical wiring to solenoid valve testing for the same.

Supply & erection of distillated water. The job includes carriage and filling charges of water in existing batteries at site.

Replacement of sealed maintenance free battery 150 AH 12 V of Exide/Panasonic/Amaron make only complete in all respects, including replacement of defective copper leads and brass terminals required to complete the job. The job includes cost of labour, making connection and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.
