Name of Work:- Operation and Maintenance of 33KV / 11KV Substation and other 11KV HT and LT Over Head and underground Power Distribution network of VPA comprising 11KV indoor and outdoor substations, RMUs, HT & LT Circuit Breakers, Distribution transformers other Associated Structures, HT & LT Overhead Lines, Switchgears, Attending Fuse-off Calls, meter readings and billing etc., for a period of Three (3) Years– reg.

Manning , Operation & Maintenance of 11KV feeders, HT & LT Circuit breakers, RMUs Panels including its control circuits and other 11 / 0.433KV Substations, indoor and outdoor transformers, HT & LT overhead lines, double pole / four pole / six pole structures, yards, AB switches, HG fuse sets, lightning arrestors, Battery Banks, earth pits, routine maintenance of HT, LT distribution system including maintenance / replacement / renewal of outdoor LT panels, jumpers, insulators, Solar panels located at DC office and MF Complex etc. and running, breakdown maintenance of HT, LT network, Solar Meter readings & Dumps, Electrical Billing, Project cell works, preparation of estimates and its associated equipment of Port Area in General shift and three shift per day, by deploying staff as per the enclosed Annexure-I and as per the Scope of the work enclosed Annexure-II Note: a) Required spares will be supplied VPA at Free of cost for attending the above maintenance work. b) Allocation of the work can be anywhere within the VPA premises as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Hiring of one number Sky lift vehicle with fixed bucket, model 2025 year or later, with driver and including fuel charges and maintenance for 12 hrs. duty (including Sundays /Holidays) for use of Electrical maintenance works of VPA. Basic Specification (full details as per annexure ) mentioned below: • Sky lift Boom Height: 15 Meters (approx.).• Basket / Bucket type: Fixed basket.• Bucket carrying capacity: 03 Persons.• Mileage: 1000 Km Per month.• Make of LCV: TATA 407 / Eicher Pro /Mahindra Jayo/ SML isuzu/Swaraj Mazda• Make Articulated boom lift platform:- any reputed with approval of VPA

Hiring of ESCORT crane 5 Ton capacity Jib with all accessories and a suitable Bucket along with operator for shifting of poles / transformers / panels equipment etc. as directed by engineer in charge. Note: fuel in the scope of contractor.

Hiring of 1 No. SUV (Dual Cabin Van) of fuel CNG/EV/Diesel/Petrol, i.e. (Make: Mahindra / ISUZU) or equivalent of model 2025 or later with drivers for 24 hrs duty (including Sundays /Holidays) for the use of shifting of electrical switch gears, cables, transformers, motors, conductor, VCB, Batteries ect., as directed by engineering in-charge.Permissible Mileage: 3000Km/month.
