Providing & Fixing of Ganga-Avtaran sculpture in Gunmetal & gfrc (base) media (85% copper, 5% Tin, 5% Lead, 5% Zinc) in size: Gautam rushi H-10' Devi Ahilya H-10' Cow L-8' × H-5'Tree L-16' × H-15' × Thikness 2' Base L-20' × H-5 With MS structure. Thickness will be 4 -5 mm thick. The life of the sculpture will be approx. 10 years in any weather conditions.Clay work process• Making armature and doing clay blocking (clay work) on it • Finishing the clay work• Clay work passing by Party and Kalasanchlanalay, Mumbai• If there are correction in clay work, working on it otherwise put waste mold on the clay work • Fiber Copy Process• Fiber copy from waste mold• Finishing of Fiber copy and then making piece mold from it • Wax Copy Process• Making a wax copy from the piece mold and applying a run-raiser to it, after that making of Gabha and gatthe of the molds and wax melting process. (This process takes 8-10 days)• Metal Casting Process• Burring of gatthe into pothole and the pour the molten metal into them• The next day, take out the Gatthe, break them up, and remove the • metal pieces from them.• Cutting run riser of metal piece with and then finishing the metal piece by washing it with acid.• Brazing a metal piece and welding the armitureinside the pieces• Finishing of statue after brazing • After finishing, washing the statue with acid and clean it with water• After that applying the PU primer and PU colour t the statue• After that applying lacquer coating to the statue• Loading and Travelling With the help of crane, the statue got loaded in the trailer for the site At the site, fitting on the base plate of the statue with help of crane on the base ( Fitting on base plate)Lifespan of The Sculpture: Minimum 10 Years
